Capital Diaspora Ltd Rwanda
Is a subsidiary of Capital Diaspora SAS France, whose main activities focus on insurance brokerage and intermediation in banking operations and payment services (IOBSP), registered with ORIAS. An African private intra and extra mural accelerator developed and deployed by Alain Boutchang, a 49-year-old financial expert, international consultant, business engineer, social entrepreneur, associate professor, and researcher, with 29 years of experience shared between the African and European continents. After a successful similar experience in Cameroon between 2016 and 2023, through CGA CoPME, the serial entrepreneur has just opened the doors of a new accelerator in Kigali. This new structure specializes in raising awareness and training in entrepreneurship, financial education (savings and credit), strengthening managerial capacities, innovation in the informal sector, and deploying support services and facilitation of access to financing.
Our Mission
The missions of this company target the training and sustainable socio-economic integration of vulnerable populations (women, poorly educated youth, rural inhabitants, etc.) through an entrepreneur-employee economic model designed to last 24 months; followed by the integration of these entrepreneur-employees within community interest companies (CBC), where they can benefit from traditional employee statuses, thus migrating formerly informal jobs to decent and formal employment.
