Our target
The target learners of the Entrepreneurial HUB will primarily be women, youth, or underqualified or unqualified job seekers on one hand, and startups in the acceleration phase on the other hand. However, this Entrepreneurial HUB can also benefit any other learning audience in terms of qualification levels or status (initial training learners, employees, migrants reintegrating). This diversity of welcomed audiences is doubly beneficial: it serves as a source of emulation, both for learning and professional integration dynamics, as well as for meeting the recruitment needs of companies; it also contributes to the potential for development of the Entrepreneurial HUB.
The Entrepreneurial HUB is therefore a space that allows users to benefit from infrastructure near their home to attend distance learning courses locally and/or face-to-face training within it, for the acquisition of basic knowledge, cross-cutting skills, as well as technical or “trade” skills.
Team Spirit
The project brings together various partners under a network hub, organized within a collective or consortium framework based on an integrated approach to all project components. This includes objectives such as efficiency, collaboration among training stakeholders, visibility, employment integration, and ex-post evaluation (circular economy model).
In addition to this DNA, the Entrepreneurial HUB has this great advantage in terms of skills. In its project of anchoring and territorial development, it facilitates access to opportunities and a range of services enabling skill development, while aligning with a training offer deployed elsewhere by training organizations.
